Originally from the Southwestern corner of Virginia, graduated from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Dairy Science in honors and received his D.V.M. from the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in 1992.  Dr. Osborne joined Millerstown Veterinary Associates in 1996.  His primary interests include bovine reproduction and dairy production medicine.  Companion animal interests include therapy of skin and ear conditions and parasitology.  He lives in Pfoutz Valley with his wife Renie and their daughter Katie.
